New Enrollment Procedures

There are two essential steps necessary for the enrollment of students; (1) A completed application package, including current immunization records, a birth certificate, and (2) a non-refundable registration fee. When all required admissions documents are submitted and fees are paid in full, an intake appointment, which includes a pre-screening assessment, will be scheduled. Upon completion of this process, your child will be officially placed on our active student roster. However, since space is limited, please take notice that if your application materials are incomplete and/or fees are not paid in a timely manner, your enrollment space will be withdrawn and offered to the next applicant on the wait list. Each year enrollment spaces will be open to new enrollees beginning May 1, 2023.

Tuition and Fees

BRIGHT FUTURE PRESCHOOL ACADEME is a private not-for-profit Christian educational organization. Therefore, to assist us in meeting our financial obligations while continuing to keep the cost of our tuition rates to a minimum, it is imperative that tuition fees be paid in a timely manner.

  • Each family will be assigned a four-digit PIN to sign in/out, access their child’s classroom, and pay their tuition invoices through our Brightwheel Preschool Management System (BPMS).
  • Payments can be made via major credit card, PayPal, cashier’s check, money order, or via a third-party provider program.
  • A processing fee will be applied to payment invoices, which will be distributed within three (3) weeks of the tuition due date.
  • Unless otherwise noted, tuition payment obligations must be paid on or before the first (1st) of each month.
  • Payments are delinquent after the third (3rd) day of the month and a late fee of $10.00 will be added to the tuition portal after the third (3rd) day of the month and students will not be permitted to attend classes until all fees have been paid in full.
  • Continued late payments may result in the dismissal of your child from BRIGHT FUTURE PRESCHOOL ACADEME.
    There will be a $25.00 fee will be charged for returned checks and the school will not accept future checks after two returns.
  • Additionally, teachers are not allowed to collect tuition payments. Please contact the Administrative Assistant if you have a problem.
  • Parents have the option of paying tuition on a weekly or monthly basis that will be discussed during the pre-admission intake process.
  • Once a payment agreement has been approved, it will not be changed until the beginning of the next school term.
  • In addition, those who opt to pay fees on a weekly basis must pay one month in advance and remit weekly payments at or before 3:00 p.m. each Monday.
  • Late fees will be assessed after 3:00 p.m. each Monday and students will not be allowed to attend classes until all fees have been paid in full
  • Finally, all fees must be current for students to participate in authorized school field trips and graduation exercises.
